How often is the free Audit given away?
One eligible UK business is selected at random every month. Entries close at 23:59 UK time on the last day of the month, and the selected winner is normally contacted by email within five working days.
What does the free Audit include?
A review of two platforms of your choice: Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn. You receive a scored review of what is working, what is weak and what deserves attention first, plus a PDF report with a priority ranking.
Is this the same £99 Social Media Audit sold in the shop?
Yes. The draw prize is the same £99 Social Media Audit currently sold by SGS. It is a two-profile diagnosis only. It does not include profile rewrites, implementation or a 30-day action plan.
Do I need to buy anything to enter?
No. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
What happens if I win?
I normally contact the selected winner by email within five working days after the draw closes. The winner must reply within 14 days to accept and complete the short Audit questionnaire or provide the information reasonably needed to carry out the Audit. The Audit is normally delivered within 3 to 5 working days after I receive that information.
Do you need access to my accounts?
No. The Audit reviews the public-facing profiles. I need the links to the two profiles you want checked, not your passwords or login details.

  • Open to people aged 18 or over who own, manage or are authorised to enter on behalf of a UK business.
  • Free entry, no purchase necessary, one entry per business per monthly draw.
  • Each monthly draw opens at 00:00 UK time on the first calendar day of the month and closes at 23:59 UK time on the final calendar day.
  • One winner is selected from valid entries using a computer process that produces verifiably random results.
  • Prize: one complimentary £99 Social Media Audit covering two platforms chosen from Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn. Diagnosis only. No cash alternative.
  • The selected winner is normally contacted by email within five working days and must reply within 14 days to accept and provide the information needed for the Audit.
  • The winner's surname and county may be made available on request where required by the CAP Code. The winner can object or ask for less information to be shared.
  • Entry data is used to administer the draw and is normally deleted six months after the relevant draw unless a legal or dispute-related reason requires longer retention.
