Yes. While most of my clients are UK trades businesses, I'm happy to work with businesses outside the UK too, get in touch and we can discuss your needs.

Each tier increases how much I do for you each month — more posts, more platforms covered, and more detailed reporting as you move up. Check the Social Media Management page for the full breakdown of what's included in each.

Monthly packages run for an initial 3-month minimum term. After that, you can cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice.

Results vary depending on your business, location, and starting point. I don't guarantee specific outcomes, but I do guarantee honest reporting and ongoing optimisation, so you always know what's working.

It depends on what you have available. Ideally, you'll send over your own photos and videos — these always perform best because they show the real people and work behind your business. If you don't have suitable images, I can use AI-generated visuals or professional stock images instead, so there's never a gap in your content.

One-off services are standalone, no contract, pay once, get the deliverable. Monthly packages are ongoing management with ongoing posting, strategy, and reporting.

Creative services (Static Post, Carousel, Reel) include one round of revisions. Strategy, Audit, and Meta Ads Setup services don't include revisions, since they're based on a single in-depth deliverable rather than creative content.

Delivery times vary by service, most one-off services are delivered within 3-5 business days. Exact timing is listed on each product page.

After ordering, you'll fill in a short brief form linked on the product page. Since file uploads aren't supported, you'll share files via a Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer link.

Currently, payment is by direct bank transfer (BACS) only.

Once I've started work on your order, it's no longer eligible for a refund, since every service is built specifically around your business. If you change your mind within 30 minutes of ordering and I haven't started yet, I'll cancel your order and refund you in full. This is in line with UK distance selling regulations for services. Monthly packages are already billed monthly in advance, so there's no separate payment plan needed — you simply pay each month as you go.
