What I review
I review the visible customer journey from being found to getting in touch. That can include the main social profiles, visible search presence, proof and the enquiry route where they form part of the real customer journey. This is not a full website, CRO or technical SEO audit.
What a priority fix looks like
Priority: the contact route is not obvious. Why it matters: a ready-to-enquire customer has to work out what to do next. Included action: make the route obvious and provide replacement profile or CTA wording where that is part of the priority fix. Your five priorities are specific to your business, not this example.
What is not included
The Sprint is limited to five agreed priority fixes/actions, one review, one 30-day action plan and one 20-minute handover. I identify the priorities and provide agreed wording where relevant. Implementing changes inside your accounts or website is separate and quoted before work begins. Posting, content production, graphics, Reels, ongoing social media management, Meta Ads management, website rebuilding, a full website or CRO audit, technical SEO work, or implementation inside your accounts. The Sprint diagnoses and prioritises the fixes; you implement them unless a separate service is agreed.
How it works

If you move into monthly management
The Sprint is not a required step before monthly management. If what you actually want is ongoing implementation, use the management route and I will check whether normal onboarding can handle the setup work. If you do buy the Sprint and then start monthly management within 30 days, the existing credit rule still applies: on the one-month introductory route, the £149 Sprint fee can be credited against the £249 monthly-management setup fee, leaving £100 setup to pay. The 3-month initial route already includes setup, so no additional Sprint credit is applied there.
